How Daisy found herself in the Fitness Industry:
After I went through my own weight loss transformation, I wanted to help others achieve what I did. I tried every diet under the sun; teas, juice cleanses, keto, paleo, pescatarian and even the soup diet. I found that flexible dieting and a calories in vs calories out approach got me the best results, and I wanted to help other women achieve great results without restricting themselves. Three years later and I have helped over 50 clients to achieve their goals!
