My Personal Training services work differently to most as sessions are booked in blocks. Sessions are completed here at my Facility PD HeadQuarters in Townsville. Being a personal trainer of almost 10 years, I have a wealth of experience when it comes to programming and delivering sessions to both male and female clients. My PD Online Training Program is broken down into 2 initial, 4 week phases, however is an ongoing program.
Each 4 weeks is broken into “Phases of training” which each phase will included 10 programs for you to complete. Each “Phase of training” will include new training styles with new information to increase your knowledge and confidence with training. Each workout is loaded into my app which you will record each session you complete so we can track your progress. In signing up you will receive 24/7 support from myself personally and my team. You will receive weekly checkin emails to track you progress, keep you accountable and on track with you training.
